This position is responsible for physician scheduling, workflow, performance measures, regulatory compliance, and the overall management of the Hospitalist Program and the Supportive Care Program to achieve expert care, superb service, and superior outcomes for Kalispell Regional Healthcare (KRH) and North Valley Hospital (NVH). This position serves as the liaison with Cabinet Peaks Medical Center (CPMC) – overseeing the Telemedicine Hospitalist Program linking KRH with CPMC. Works in collaboration with the Hospitalists, Supportive Care Team and Case Management to promote coordination of care processes that facilitate level of care transfers and discharge planning, and works with the administration at KRH, NVH, and CPMC regarding strategic planning, program development, continuous quality improvement and financial/budget reporting and monitoring.
